All dinner reservations will be handled by Montgomery Theater. Please arrive at the restaurant at the following times: 

For 7:30 show please arrive at Caruso at 5:45

For 8:00 show please arrive at Caruso at 6:15

For 3:00 show please arrive at Caruso at 4:30*

*Dinners booked in conjunction with a matinee performance will take place after the performance.

PRIX FIXE MENU

APPETIZER

Caprese

mozzarella, basil, tomato, extra virgin olive oil, grilled country bread and balsamic.

 

MAIN COURSE

Pappardelle Bolognese

slow cooked beef and pork, tomato ragu over pasta. Served with fresh ricotta.

Potato Gnocchi

with vodka sauce.

Chicken Marsala

pan-seared chicken, mushroom, marsala wine, brown demi-glace sauce, with mashed potato and chef choice of fresh medley vegetables.
