Hope deFrenes
Patron Services & Facilities Supervisor

Hope has been involved in theater since 1983. She worked avidly in the local community theater, Playcrafters of Skippack, until she met Tom Quinn. Between his artistic skills and her audience building skills, they decided to start a theater company and Montgomery Theater Project was born. She served as Company Manager, Managing Director, then Director of Production, from 1993 to 2010 when she took a hiatus from Montgomery Theater and started an interior painting business with sister Heidi, next worked as a notary, and later a nanny, always serving on the Board of Directors. She returned to Montgomery Theater in 2024 as Patron Services and Facilities Supervisor.

Adam Danoff
Director of Education & Production

Adam has been with us since 2009 when he acted in his first MTT show as a non-union adult. Since that time, he has been seen on both the Project and Main stages multiple times, taught hundreds of students in workshops and camps, and directed over 20 children’s shows here. In addition to his work with us, he is also a Sound Designer for Act II Playhouse, the Production Manager and Technical Designer for Visual Expressions Chinese Puppet Theater, a Location Sound Recordist for films, and, in his spare time, a boardgame designer and publisher through his company, Green Cloak Creative.
