Montgomery County LGBT Business Council’s Mission is to provide support to the Montgomery County business community through education, professional development opportunities and to advocate for policy creation or adaptation to foster welcoming and inclusive environments for all, regardless of sexual orientations and/or gender identities.

Our vision is to be a pivotal resource for all LGBTQIA2S+ and actively allied business owners and professionals in Montgomery County to seek connection, opportunities  and inclusivity resources.
